This page describes how Gary Middlemiss (“I”, “me”) handles information for the text-messaging program run from my messaging number. The program sends personal, non-commercial messages: reminders, schedule confirmations, and short informational notes to me and to family and friends who have asked to receive them.

What I collect

Your name and mobile phone number, given to me directly by you in person, by phone, or by email.
The content of messages exchanged with this number, and delivery information provided by my messaging provider (Twilio).

How it is used

Your number is used only to send you the messages you asked for and to respond to your replies. Message frequency varies; typically no more than a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is shared only with my messaging service provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver messages, and as required by law.

Your choices

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also email privacy@middlemiss.com to ask what information I hold about you or to have it deleted.

Retention

Message logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and are deleted on request.
