Program name: Gary Middlemiss Personal Messaging

Program description: Personal, non-commercial text messages from Gary Middlemiss sent from his messaging number to himself and to family and friends who have asked to receive them: reminders, schedule confirmations, and short informational notes. No marketing or promotional content is sent.

Consent: You will receive messages only after you have asked me, in person, by phone, or by email, to text you at your number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. I do not collect consent through text message.

Message frequency: Varies. Typically no more than a few messages per week.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one final confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
